Hush Puppies optimises digital performance to improve campaign accuracy in Peru

Hush Puppies, a brand globally recognised for its contemporary, casual footwear for men, women and children, was looking to improve the efficiency of its digital campaigns in Peru. As the brand expanded its online presence, it realised that it needed to refine its data measurement, increase audience effectiveness and reduce the discrepancy of information between advertising platforms, especially on Meta. The solution would come through Adsmurai's One Tag technology.

Challenge

Overcoming data discrepancy and improving accuracy in campaign measurement

Hush Puppies faced a major challenge: inaccurate data measurement affected its ability to analyse and optimise its campaigns in META. Discrepancies, such as duplicate events and tracking issues, resulted in higher costs, reduced revenue and lower quality audiences. These limitations affected the brand's ability to maximise the performance of its advertising campaigns and achieve an adequate return on investment.

Solution

Adsmurai One Tag implementation to improve data quality

To solve this challenge, Hush Puppies implemented Adsmurai One Tag technology, which combines the Conversions API (CAPI) with Meta Pixel to provide more accurate, real-time data exchange. This solution eliminated duplicate events, improved interaction tracking and stabilised costs over the first few months, enabling better quality data to be aligned with optimising ad campaigns. Using One Tag provided Hush Puppies with a clearer and more consistent view of its campaign data, facilitating more effective decision making.

Results

Growth in volume and quality of traffic

Following the implementation of Adsmurai One Tag, Hush Puppies experienced significant growth in both traffic volume and quality. When comparing the three months following the implementation of One Tag on Meta campaigns with the three months prior to the implementation, there was a 20.16% increase in the number of users, a 41.66% increase in sessions and a 38.28% increase in purchases. This increase not only reflected a higher volume of traffic, but also an improvement in traffic quality, driving a significant increase in conversions and revenue.
