Madrid, April 27, 2026 — Adsmurai announces the appointment of Jesús González as Vice President of Growth & Client Strategy, in a move that strengthens the company’s leadership structure during a period marked by international expansion and the consolidation of its positioning as a technology-driven marketing company.
Jesús has led digital strategy for agencies and global clients, combining brand building with performance-driven marketing through technological innovation, data governance, and the sophistication of all touchpoints between brands and users.

Experience with leading brands and digital transformation
Before joining Adsmurai, Jesús served as Digital & Business Lead at UM Spain, where he led strategy and digital product development for national clients, while also driving the group’s cross-functional transformation (first within IPG and later Omnicom), contributing to its consolidation as one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic agencies in the market.
Previously, he was part of WinkTTD (now iProspect), initially independently and later within the Dentsu group, where he led digital strategy and client relationships with brands such as HBO Max, Pernod Ricard, Red Bull, and Burger King. During this period, he played a key role in projects such as the launch of HBO Spain and the digitalization and e-commerce rollout of Burger King.
At Dentsu Spain, he coordinated a business transformation project, leading a multidisciplinary team of over 20 people, defining strategic positioning, analyzing data and technology capabilities, and developing integrated solutions.
A strategic reinforcement at a key moment
Jesús joins Adsmurai at a time of strong growth, driven by milestones such as its recognition in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, its distinction as a Microsoft Advertising partner, and its international expansion, with a particular focus on Colombia, where operations have tripled in size and the region has grown by 42% in annual revenue.
In this context, his role will focus on strengthening the connection between commercial strategy, product development, and real client needs, ensuring that the company’s growth remains aligned with its global ambitions.
