HI·PE by Adsmurai arrives in Madrid to train the next specialists in digital marketing

  • The second edition of HI-PE lands in Madrid on 8 May, in search of the best candidates.

Adsmurai announces the launch in Madrid of the second edition of HI-PE, its High Performance Digital Marketing programme designed for students, graduates and professionals eager to get their careers off the ground.

HI-PE is an intensive and immersive training designed to turn students into digital marketing specialists with real knowledge that will allow them to develop their career with the best results. The course begins with three months of training by professionals with international backgrounds from companies such as Adsmurai, TikTok, Meta and Pinterest, among others, and is complemented by a period of paid internships where they can apply everything they have learned. If students are successful, they receive a job offer from Adsmurai.

"The training is dynamic and full of a lot of information explained by the best professionals who then become colleagues. The hours are maximised with teachers who work on a day-to-day basis with top clients in their sector. I finished the programme super prepared for the internship. The training programme is transversal and includes all the necessary knowledge to be successful in the sector. From an introduction to the main digital platforms, to the development of full-funnel strategies, including more technical and strategic classes on sending signals, analytics and product catalogue management. The training culminates with real case studies of companies, such as Tendam or Amazon, who share their challenges and solutions to win in digital.

The first edition of HI-PE was held in Barcelona last autumn and was a great success. The programme counted with the participation of companies such as Adevinta, Desigual or HP. Before finishing the training, the ten students of the programme joined different Adsmurai teams depending on their speciality.
