Zinkdo joins to expand the technology brand's service offering and bring more value to its clients
The operation is part of Adsmurai's international growth and expansion plan, which aims to multiply its volume by 5 in the next 4 years

Adsmurai, a technology company specialising in the automation and optimisation of Paid Media campaigns, has announced the acquisition of Zinkdo, a digital marketing and communications agency, with the aim of expanding the value proposition offered to its extensive portfolio of clients. Zinkdo is incorporated as an autonomous business unit within Adsmurai, maintaining its brand and work methodologies, validated by its 9 years of experience and success in the market.
The merger of Zinkdo and Adsmurai is a qualitative bet backed by the consolidated trajectory of both companies after more than 8 years in the national and international market working for high level brands in key sectors such as retail, fashion, luxury, education, travel, banking, food & bev or administration. Adsmurai is thus expanding and diversifying its portfolio of services which, thanks to this transaction, now also includes consultancy and communication and digital marketing strategy, content management and online reputation management, among others. Zinkdo's current clients will also benefit from Adsmurai's know-how and technology to scale the results of their campaigns exponentially.
This operation, with which Adsmurai expects to exceed 300 employees this year and execute more than 120 million euros in advertising, represents a new milestone in the company's trajectory, which has a base of more than 100 clients and has closed the 2021 financial year with an average management of more than $100M. These figures add to Adsmurai's 8-year run of double-digit growth year after year.

Both companies will continue to operate from their current offices, but work is already underway to define a new workspace capable of handling the expected growth. The management of Zinkdo will continue in the hands of Víctor Puig, who will also become Partner and VP of Consulting Services at Adsmurai.
